	Save the Date: SNOW SHOW, Saturday October 11^th 2008 We have 750 Raffle Tickets to sell (only 1500 printed), so lets get ideas where to sell them, be a hero and sell 100 for the club!!. We also have posters available to advertise the event. We are going to have a tent, table’s chairs, and a large capacity grill. We are serving Hotdogs and Hamburgers along with fresh french fries or chips, as well as soda, water, coffee, hot chocolate etc…other munchie type things. We have a couple of options working for things but if you have any ideas or donations of free or cheap items to help the effort let us know now!! We need stuff to serve on, plastic ware and cups etc… We are moving ahead with a purchase of a banner, we have a couple people looking into them for the backstop at the grass drags, maybe another for the membership/ticket sales if we don’t have any of the others from the past. (anyone know where our old signs and banners are?) There was discussion of shirts hats etc….and maybe a new logo?? Get things more modern…maybe get a mix of old and new…open to ideas, but the discussion was to get something more eye catching if possible. There is going to be a Board of Directors meeting before our next Club meeting in August. I hope everyone is having a great summer, thanks for your support!
